“Reception area looked tired. The room we booked was supposed to be with bath and tea-making. It had neither and the view from the room was abysmal looking out onto a void area which resembled an ancient open toilet. By paying an extra 30 euros per night we were upgraded and were given a very satisfactory junior suite. Overall we felt that we paid a high price for what we received. Breakfast was excellent.”
