What guests loved the most
“One of us is disabled (leg amputee). Queries made at time of booking for shower chairs etc. went un-answered so we brought our own. Disabled parking in the hotel car park was free as otherwise you have to pay. We were offered a disabled room but they were much smaller than our family room. Other than that staff were great, from reception to cleaner. Room was clean. Really nice roomy feel to the place with lots of facilities. We will return next time we are in town.”

“The double doors between the bedroom and the foyer - genius. Whilst the Atrium is beautiful, it does echo. With the second door shut, silence! Great location to walk to the Aldstadt. Very helpful staff - especially the barman who recommended good German Wine to us.”
