“Staff was EXCEPTIONAL; professional, helpful, friendly. They were always trying to anticipate our needs, clear down to having umbrellas available for us when needed. We were allowed late check-out, which was a big help for us since our flight didn't leave until 11:30 pm. I liked that there were two choices of pillows, soft and firm. I liked the location of the hotel for our needs. We took a side trip to Galapagos in the middle of our stay and they held our luggage at no extra charge. We liked our room on the last part of our stay that faced the mountains better than our original room that faced the front of the hotel and was too noisy.”

“This is a very centrally located hotel in Quito . It is in a nice safe neighborhood with many restaurants with in walking distance. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Also our flight arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. This allowed us to rest a little after a long flight which was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Quito .”
“Room is new and clean with excellent wifi, shower is ample, and nice toiletries, large room safe for laptop storage. Car pick up and travel back to airport excellent with large car, regular airport taxi price even though we were 4 people.”
