“Every element of our experience was perfect. The staff was so warm and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us. The room was gorgeous, incredible view over the square and up to the castle. “Friendly staff, great location, beautiful city! The front office manager Mariana and all of the staff were just amazing! We received a room upgrade and they took the time to give us information about all the places we could visit, they even arranged a tour for us. The location was excellent - easy to walk to the main tourist attractions. Our room was overlooking the beautiful Rossio square and although it was on a busy street, it wasn't noisy at all. The room was very clean, with a big bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Perfect hotel for a perfect vacation!”
