“Fei Laphiss made our stay very pleasurable!!!!!!. She is wonderful in your entrance at the B Block. We had to go to one of the upstairs floors and she saw my friend was walking with a walking stick and emediately put us in the double room downstairs so that we did not have to walk the stairs. Fei was very helpful with our cel phones. She was a STAR!!!!! The cleaning staff saw to it that our room was cleaned and new linen every day.”
