“Staff were ready for help and serve. I missed my snowboard on the mountain and the staff drove me to report police. Finally, my board was found in the ski resort and the staff took it back and handed it to me directly. I appreciate that very much.”

“- Hotel was just next to bus station, several restaurants nearby and Lawson - Awesome hotel onsen or an outdoor onsen just a few blocks away - Western breakfast is good and filling - Clean and warm room with private toilet and sink - One of the owner was so kind to drive us to & from Goryu Ski Resort - Walking distance to Happo One Ski Resort and Olympic jumping stadium We had an excellent stay at Murano, will surely be back on our next ski trip”
“Everything!! ^__^~ The staff are very kind, helpful and polite. The room is specious, beautiful, well equipped and comfort. Futon and duvet are very comfy. There is a loo in the room, and the female onsen share bath is clean and beautiful. The hotel locate very near to Happo information centre, and there are convenient store and ski rental shops nearby. Love it! Highly recommend!!”

“Very convenient location, next to bus terminal, easy to take ski bus or bus out of Hakuba. Hakuba Onsen and restaurants are nearby. Staff can speak English and they are very helpful!”
“Right next to Happo bus terminal. There's no elevator in the building. Three floors in total , staff will help to carry your luggage up and down when you check in & out. There's a delicious small local Japanese bar opposite the hotel opens at 6pm super yummy. Reservation is highly recommended.”
