“staff the lot of them from the chef , to the cleaner to the bar/wairess staff all excellent friendly and do a great job , nice to go to a hotel and feel welcome and have a good chat with the staff , the hotel itself is superb , the facilities are also to a high standard , stayed her now 3 times in different rooms and not 1 has disappointed me or my wife , plenty free parking at the hotel also with views across the irish sea is breath taking,i actually sat watching the view at night with the lights from at least 3 lighthouses , all in all a place to go chill out and relax and enjoy the hospitality shown by everyone in the village , looking forward to visiting soon and another room , well done mount stewart your employees a are credit . also if Massimo is on try a cocktail believe me you will be blown away , again well keep up the great and friendly service . 10/10”
“Much more modern than when we'd stayed previously but a bit too contrived in places. Warm welcome and good food and a nice buzz about the place. A nice change for Portpatrick and definitely different to the "pubs" in the village. Hope it does well but a few details let it down for the time being”
