“Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff! 24/7 reception. It's located quite close to main railway lines. The trains could be heard, but only with an open window. You even do not need a taxi to get to main train station. It's within 10 minutes walk from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. I do enjoyed my stay there.”
“NOTHING I have sent my complaints directly to the management of the Bellevue venue and i did not even got a short reply, not even a standard template with bla bla we are sorry, nothing, nada, zero! They just do not care at all”
“The hotel is well located (close to S-station called Bellevue and near the main station, Haupbanhof). The room was very nice, quiet (you cannot hear any noise from the street or from the corridor). The bathroom is tiny, but it has all the facillities that you need (hairdryer, soap, towels,...). Also, the staff was very helpful.”
“Very clean rooms with good daily cleaning. Staff were for the most part very helpful and aimed to please. Very nice seating area at the bar with a good selection of drinks available. ”
“Room was very nice even if it was on the small side but all in all very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also quite good and you get a good selection as well. Staff were friendly and always helpful - let us borrow an adapter for the duration of our stay. A good plus point is that there is a nice little italian restaurant just opposite and the Bellevue station is just 5 mins walk away.”

The lady at the reception changed without problem my booked room with one of the ones having a terrace , after I did find out about it and ask her , despite me having loaded already my language in the assigned room. We were also very friendly served by the lady at the bar,asking her for wine glasses to take to the room...overall a wonderful stay !!”
