“Lovely hotel and friendly staff in a nice are of the mosel. Alken is a lovely little village. Definitely have cake in the cafe attached to the hotel. They are excellent. Also a nice walk through the woods up to Burg Thurant. Worth a visit.”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The guest rooms were comfortable and clean. The plumbing was modern, and everything worked! The WiFi was very good - much better than a typical coffee shop Wifi. This was a real bonus, because we were a group of motorcyclists and needed to download maps and routes etc. There was at least one secure area for motorcycles, which was gated, and locked shut at night.”

“Sehr sauber, klassisch modern eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Lage direkt an der Mosel. Direkter Anschluss an Wanderwege. Zahlreiche Gastronomie in direkter Umgebung. Frühstückssaal mit Blick auf die Mosel.”

“Unten im Haus gibt es ein sehr schönes Café. Hier kann man im Wintergarten oder draußen an der Mosel sitzen. Die Lage am Wasser ist schön und die Schiffe fahren vor der Haustür los. Hinter dem Haus kann man gleich mit einer Wanderung starten. Die Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Das Frühstück war gut.”
