“Excellent Hotel with brilliant quiet location in Monte Carlo. Wonderful Beach Club for Swimming included and just beside the Hotel. Free electric bikes to go into town. We were there for the Rolex Tennis Masters, which are just up the road. The staff very nice and helpful. Very good room service.”
“(Read what I didn't like first) Everyone else was very courteous charming and went to great lengths to accommodate our needs - from the reception, the concierge, the valets, the housekeeping staff, and the pool and beachside staff. When we asked for the duvet to be changed for blankets they brought some for us right away. I particularly appreciated how patient they all were with me when I would speak french. They did not condescend and switch to english after 3 words but let me carry on making mistakes and kindly let me practise. (Unlike the waitress I have complained about). The bed was nice and comfortable. It was also nice that there was coffee in the room. The bathroom and shower were a good size. The club sandwich and fries in the room were the best I have ever had - ever! We were not too impressed unfortunately with Elsa's dinner menu. It is a beautiful setting. We love everything about the pool, the beach and the pool restaurant.”

“Потрясающий отель с историей, большие номера с видом на Средиземное море, впечатлил Олимпийский бассейн с морской водой, купались в конце марта после завтрака, бассейн с подогревом! Завтрак для европейского на высоком уровне, свежие фрукты, молочка, сыры, колбасы, по запросу любой вид омлета, очень красивая подача. Особая благодарность персоналу, после первого дня запомнили все предпочтения, даже марку шампанского, которое пили за завтраком). Благодарность прекрасной девушке Лучии на ресепшене. Несмотря на то, что мы с ней свободно общались на английском перешла на русский язык, так как моя мама не понимала отдельных выражений. Это показывает с каким уважением относятся к гостям. Я не первый раз в Монако, но именно этот отель произвёл на меня впечатление!”
