“The hotel looks really good. We had booked 3 chalets and chalet 519 was so bad it didn't have tv we had to request for one, the bathroom wasn't so clean and everything looked so ancient in that chalet but the other two chalets were good.”

“To compensate for the problems, we were upgraded from the chalet to two hotel rooms and offered dinner on the house (since we no longer had self-catering facilities). This was our third stay at this really great hotel and we will be returning sometime soon.
