“The basement car park was good, with a lift up to our landing, an essential for us as on street parking was very busy. The room and breakfast were fine. The hotel is handy for the Metro into Bilbao for sightseeing. It was less than half an hour's drive to the Brittany Ferry port, avoiding the congestion of Bilbao itself. The wifi was fine.”

“Great location for both Bilbao and the wonderful Basque coastline. Transportation to beaches available by short bus or 25 minute walk.All facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful at all time. Hotel garage parking (at small daily fee) recommended. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The decor in the hotel was very modern and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a gym room but not well used.”
“The suite was very nice, spacious with balcony to sit, sofa in the room and big bed, wooden floors, very nicely furnished. The bathroom was perfectly what we wanted. Bath tub with bubbles and shower possibility. WiFi was available all over the hotel. Breakfast was full, a lot of options possible. We needed to leave early and that was taken into account and we could have our breakfast 30 minutes before normal opening time at 7:30. We enjoyed the fact that it was up to the standard of a bigger hotel with respect to facilities and cleanliness, but on a small scale, close to the beach and Bilbao airport.”
