“Good location. Short walk to Sendai station and walking street. Many restaurants with walking distance. Very helpful staff.”
“Public path on the 18th floor and aromatherapy staff excellent”
“very little, in fact. Location is OK. Overall, the experience was far less than expected based on several previous hotels services.”
“Nice hotel, but a bit far from the train station, we had to call a taxi to and from the hotel to JR Sendai station”
“Good hotel in the city center of Sendai. The stuff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. You can reach the station in a 10 minutes walk.”
“OK, everything was really good. What I would like to pointed out is that the hotel is very new, clean and even modern. It is located close to the main station, but also very close to the area full of restaurants, bars, karaoke etc. Free onsen! High floors with nice views! Super-helping staff! No-problem internet! Even such small things like two free bottles of water in the fridge! Didn't try their restaurant though, but I guess, it should be nice too!”
“The room was very small, however, it was well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Many staff members had basic fluency in English, whilst I have no knowledge and understanding of Japanese, yet we were all able to communicate effectively because of the staff, all of whom were so determined to provide excellent assistance. My partner and I enjoyed breakfast - a wide variety of attractively presented and tasty food to suit Japanese and western guests. The hotel is also conveniently located near a subway station, which connects to the JR Sendai station.”
“The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a huge window that allowed us a view outside.”
“Clean modern room Great restaurant (breakfast lunch dinner) Pretty accessible”
“Beautiful and clean room and spacious by Japanese standards. Loved the full length window and sofa. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly.”
