“I arrived at the hotel at 6.35am (after a red eye flight of 8 hours overnight). As I had booked the car through the hotel, the driver knew exactly what needed to be done to get my room key. This hotel is not manned before 7am, so there is a pin code you need to key in to get your room key. While I was able to get into the property, I was not able to get to my room! as the key didn't work. Imagine the horror when all I wanted was a shower and a quick nap before my 8am meeting! When I went back to the reception area, the driver was still out front, so he called someone who then told us to check if the restaurant staff has arrived (as one of them has the master key). Good thing the said staff has arrived to prepare the morning for breakfast.”
