“Too many people in the reception, making the reception very crowded and no one knows what their specific jobs are? They are not responding well and not attending the calls from the room. I have been a regular guest in this hotel for quite a long time and I have guests from Norway and my family also stays in this hotel, but recently I have noticed that the service is gone down and lacking management supervision! Needs to improve at the earliest possible to keep Mirage Hotel as a leading 4star hotel. It is a hospitality industry, customer service is the ultimate which the receptionists should know about it and not make the reception crowd unnecessary. Thank you.”
“Location was near to metro station but has heavy traffic. Room were silent and had no disturbance. Room were maintained fairly.Check in and check out was ok.”
