“Staff was so friendly and helpful, English speaking. Rooms were super clean, bathroom as if it was never used. All our extra requests were respected and we were extra comfortable and safe staying there. Coffee is good (I'm a passionate black coffee drinker :)) and available at all times. We arranged with the hotel to send a car to get us at the airport upon our arrival and the driver was very friendly and helpful - he didn't speak english but he tried very hard to meet our needs.”

“Really great staff. They let us in early in the morning without extra charge, though we booked a room starting from 14:00. Great proximity to the Vitebsk Railway Station and metro. 35 min. easy walking to the Isaakievsky Church. A great number of restaurants and cafe next to the hotel. Khachapuri & Vino was our favourite. Rubinstein Street with a constellation of cafes and restaurants (53 ones...) is just within 15 min. walk from the hotel... Great wifi, shower and iron. All free. The breakfast is simple (mainly omelette, pancakes, sausages and pastry), but pretty good for the money paid. Anyhow, there was nothing to meet any vegetarian expectations...”
