“Cereal breakfast pack quite adequate. Noise transmission from downstairs unavoidable as all the residential rooms are situated on first floor. The latter also renders rooms difficult of access for the handicapped (such as my wife who finds stairs difficult to climb) with no adjacent lift etc. A disabled ground floor unit or lift access would be an excellent modification and render the venue much more attractive to guests. But overall, good facilities and excellent value for money.”

“Location on busy road would have been ok if there rooms were not on outside wall of hotel, also no double glazed windows so could hear trucks from 5am on.”
“Finally found terrific accommodation near our daughter in Newport. The stairs were a little heavy going for us grandparents, especially with luggage for our 5 night stay. A lift would be welcome or even a luggage lift helpful. Two flights of stairs were the only negative. Enjoyed the Bistro too.”
