“All the staff we met were friendly yet professional. The bed was a standard double but really comfy with lovely cotton linens. Good to have onsite parking in a city centre. The breakfast was really nice, exceptional bacon and sausage, whilst eating our breakfast we noted some people were receiving poached and fried eggs, we were not made aware you could order these items. It would make all the difference if you could have a 'pot of tea' rather than having to serve yourself from a flask.”
