“We were not looking to break the bank with a room we would mostly sleep in. The location was great. Close to many convenient places we wanted to go in the area (Schlitterbahn only a couple miles away, restaurants, convenience store, HEB, only 15 -20 minutes from the Outlet Malls in San Marcos, a few minutes from Texas Ski Ranch and very close to the highway but not right on it). The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean and they cleaned each day and changed the sheets each night. I could tell because my kids got them dirty. The family liked items available at breakfast. Desk staff was super sweet, especially the day clerk (a young man with blonde hair). Area was safe. ”
