“Excellent place if you are visiting the city for the first time. Good location. Excellent, helpful and unobtrusive staff. Value for money. Eclectic mix of people visiting. I had my apprehensions when we booked to go to a new city with my wife and hyperactive toddler in tow without breakfast being included. The community kitchen served the purpose. But I'll still recommend adding a small spread breakfast facility.”
“It was decent and although it was outside the free tram zone its a 5 minute walk until your in it. The people were friendly and there was no hassle in checking in and checking out. Everything was average/ satisfactory.”

“Basic room with everything you need including fridge, kettle and fabulous shower. We had room 6 on the ground floor. We spent 3 nights here and found everything to be good, location is easy to walk into city or catch free tram (No35). Suggest for local food, go to Errol st, just 100 metres at the top of Hawke st. We had a great pub meal at the Town Hall hotel (restaurant at the back) Only 63 dollars for two people plus drinks and menu has plenty of choice. Back to Miami Hotel, it has parking on street and its own car park. Hotel is in a quiet area, semi residential and feels very safe. Staff are generally helpful.”
