“The hotel is situated in a good location beside the canal with a selection of local pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes. Its only a short walk into the city centre. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The room was a great size with a lovely comfortable bed and complimentary water each night. I liked the free parking which is limited but an added bonus.”

“Lovely room and large comfortable bed. Helpful staff ensured my dad, aged 90, got a room near the lift. There is a notice you can put on the room door at night indicating a person within would need help in the event of a fire evacuation. I had not seen that before but thought it was a great idea. ”
