“I've arrived at the hotel after midnight. Despite the late hour, the receptionist, a very nice man called Josè, was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean, nicely warm and with a tray with all you need for a cup of tea. I also appreciated the free water bottle and the amenities available in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was excellent with a lot of choices (sweet and savory) for food, a variety of tea, excellent espresso and nice smiling staff. I can't give 5 stars only because the bathroom ceiling needs a check (room 306), but I must book this hotel again when in Rome.”
