“The bed was too narrow. We are used to a king size. The staff at reception are difficult to understand when Asians are running it. The dining area on the ground floor is not as good as the Cafeterias that faces on to Hay St. We checked in on 31st October at 9.30pm and the girl at the front desk was most helpful. The lift service is ver good.”
