“I loved the way we were treated first and foremost. The staff were amazing!! They went above and beyond to accommodate us and were always friendly and good natured. The breakfast was great and the view from our room, as well as from the restaurant was really nice. Our room was kept neat and clean by our room attendant and we never had to worry about not having enough soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Our towels as well as linens were changed and made orderly regularly. I would say if you are looking for a great place to stay in downtown Manila (Pasig) you cannot go wrong choosing the Mercure Manila Ortigas!!”
