Important Notice
- The H8 shuttle bus service operates regularly between the hotel and terminals 1 and 3. The first service from the hotel is at 04:00, and the last bus from the airport is at 23:38. 2 children aged between 5 and 15 travel free with each accompanying adult, and children under 5 travel free.<br><br>Group bookings of 10 rooms or more are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 50% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be sent to guests by the hotel.<br><br>Parking is chargeable at GBP 10 per night and all cars must be registered on arrival at reception to avoid penalty. Please note, parking is subject to availability.

“Coming from the Hyatt Regency in New Delhi, it was a bit of a change but, nonetheless, this hotel is good value for money. The staff were smiling, helpful and professional. The room was quite small but, by London standards, adequate. Breakfast was very good value for money. Tip - ask for your eggs to be prepared. Do not take the scrambled egg from the tureen.”
