“As a complete stranger I was welcomed into the Mercure as part of a big family. All staff were cheerful, polite and went out of their way to help you. Especially Joe and his staff in the restaurant and Mareen who checked me in and helped to print off my evisa.”

“Coming from the Hyatt Regency in New Delhi, it was a bit of a change but, nonetheless, this hotel is good value for money. The staff were smiling, helpful and professional. The room was quite small but, by London standards, adequate. Breakfast was very good value for money. Tip - ask for your eggs to be prepared. Do not take the scrambled egg from the tureen.”
