“Staff were very polite and courteous and answered to our queries very promptly - we requested socket safety plugs and a disposal of soiled nappies on asap basis as no nappy bins available - our requests were deal with there and then. The room was comfortable and cleaned nicely every day. The location is perfect for a short stay in the city centre, no need to use the car. Good leisure facilities - we used the pool with our older son (under 5s are not permitted to use it). Breakfast was delicious too.”
