“Central location close to bars, shops, restaurants and train station. Breakfast selection was very good, although no green tea!”
“We went there last year around Nov. Everything was beautiful, staff were friendly just as you would expect in an hospitality industry . We were given upgrade option and we upgraded. Brilliant. Decided to go back at the same hotel this year. But same staff gave us such a bad impression first hand as we got there for check in, my wife and I were so disappointed to see such an unprofessional staff is still working in a hotel like this. I myself work in a customer service industry. We don't have no excuse for any mistake let alone you can't work with nice customer like me , a man who served this country and crown all my life, humble, kind and gentle, perhaps I was too nice with her and she thought I was some Asian old man who has just slipped into the country on asylum.”
