- Please note that all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.<br><br>There is an on-site reception in the Apartment Complex open daily from 9:00 to 18:00 to assist with check-in/check-out and all general enquiries. For any check-ins outside of these hours advanced notice is required to the apartment reception to make alternative arrangements.<br><br>The main lift will be upgraded during the months of January and February. During this time, all guest rooms will only be accessible by stairs (all rooms are located on the first and second floor). as a result, this property may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

“My first time staying at The Menlo Park Hotel and I was fortunate enough to be allocated a room in the new extension to the hotel. I travel on business and stay in 3-4 star hotels that offer good value for money - this was without doubt one of the best. It wasn't just the extra space, the plush carpet, the warm and inviting decor, the quietness and warmth of the room, but the extra touches that made it special. The bottled spring water in the room and heavenly chocolates were the icing on the cake. Staff could not be more friendly, also excellent food in the bar and for breakfast. It's as if they've gone all-out to win over their guests. Guess what? It's working!”
