“The location was good...beds were the most uncomfortable beds that we slept on, my back was sore for 2 days. We requested a double bed and got 2 twin beds and when we asked to change the guy at reception told us to put towels between the beds because it was too much of a hassle to change rooms for us...not impressive at all for a 5 star hotel... Breakfast wasy too simple for 1 5 star, Ihave had better at a 3 star hotel.”
