“Great location and very affordable. Breakfast was even included. Typical dormitory style room. TV Lounge and a Kitchen on the fourth floor of the Hatcher building, so guests who want to can enjoy cooking their own meal. When we were there, an Asian foursome were preparing a sumptuous meal for themselves. It smelled so good.”
“The breakfast included has cheese, yoghurt, milk, almond milk, a bit of fruit (apples oranges), oatmeal packets, brown and white toast and bagels, cream cheese, PB, bland cereal, and packaged muffins. Loved staying in a room with our own bathroom (got upgraded for free when we arrived to check in at 10pm. They said it was busy in the building we had reserved so they upgraded us. Score!) Very clean. Nice to have breakfast right downstairs. Parking was convenient behind the building (even tho it cost $4 per night. Totally worth the convenience) Super friendly staff (every single person I talked to was amaze balls) and FREE 1 WEEK PASS TO THE FITNESS CENTER. Double score. Thanks memorial. You rule.”

“We had never stayed at a university before and we were very happy with the accommodation and would highly recommend it. We stayed in a double suite and had our own private bathroom. We are a senior couple and found it to be accessible, comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful. There was a continental breakfast and it wasn't anything gourmet but provided the necessities.”

“The continental breakfast is good and rich. The location is close to all point of interest of St. John's. The Pippy Park is right beside the accommodation. You can have a very easy 1 hour of trail walk just by walking distance.”
“This is a university dorm. The accommodations are clean,comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful! Use of the university recreational facilities permitted. Price is excellent. A bit of a walk to downtown and the buses are infrequent. Great value!”
