“The hotel is beautiful and kept really well. The all inclusive offer is unbelievable value for money - we were able to go to the spectacle 1001 nuits in the medina plus carthageland and aqua land all for free. It was worth over 400 dinars for us. There is also the opportunity to eat in other restaurants in the medina group. The room was extremely comfortable and kept perfect by the maid who was always so friendly and helpful. The pools are brilliant and the beach is just a short walk down the road with plenty of sunbeds, a bar, showers and toilets. It was one of the quieter beaches which we certainly preferred. As would be expected in August the hotel was very busy and other staff did well to make sure they were able to attend to us.”

“I liked that the staff that was generally friendly - some really authentically friendly. That was great. There was an issue with the taxi driver in the end. A scam taxi driver was let on the property and the security was defending him (the taxi driver was his friend). The reception was apologising for this scam and felt sorry. I appreciated that. However I myself had to organise the from the street a driver that was not cheating with manipulating the meter like the other one. That is something that should never happen in a professional hotel. The facilities are family friendly and there are lots of happy children. The room was comfortable and quiet with sea view, just as I requested. The cleaning women were very friendly and did a great job- they are the heroes of the hotel and probably don't get the attention they deserve.”
