“there is sand all over the hotel, which gives a nice beach feeling. In the night they light up a lot of lamps/laterns, which gives a nice atmosphere. The pool was nice, eventhough the lamps in the pool fall apart.”

“Great resort, very friendly staff. Furnature made out of natural local materials. No plastic! Very clean! A place to come to rest. Very peaseful. We ordered a special dinner upon arrival. Absolutely great and very romantic. There is a swimming pool for those who do not want to swimm in the warm ocean.”

“The place is the best in Pwani Mchangani. Directly at the beach located, the resort is beautifully arranged with fantastic gardens. The white beach sand covers the pathways and you literally are barefoot the whole day. The resort offers great privacy as it is not very huge and is located a little at the end of the beach of Pwani Mvhangani. Breakfast is continental and ok, dinner was amazing with a daily changing 3-course menu offferi g the catch of the day.”

“There was no electricity for more than six hours each day( owner had a generator but dint make use of it ) no hot water( all the days we were there). The food was bad. Not worth your money”

“We were 4 nights at this romantic resort. We liked that is was small, calm and private. The room was really nice and clean. We enjoy walking bare foot on the sand soft as powder. The beach in front of the hotel is clean but since it's close to a village, the rest of the beach and the water is not so clean and clear, but they have a great pool. The manager is italien so he's very welcoming and make sure the food is great!We had pasta as good as if we were in Italia! We had amazing diner under the star, on the beach surround by candles! if you want a romantic getaway it's the place! Thanks Marco. J&J from Canada”

“If you are looking for quiet, romantic place-this place will be the best for you! Starting from beautiful sandy beach, incredible white sand within all object (you can even forgot about wearing any shoes!!), through amazing romantic dinner in front of the ocean (romantic candles included), ended with many quiet, relaxing spots and sunbeds to chill out. The owner, Marco, is very helpful and take care of his guests. We recommend to have ocean view villa - for great experience of waking up with ocean view! It is very nice! The object has a few rooms, so you can be sure, that there will not be too many people in one place.”

“Wifi: good connection, fruits served during breakfast were of good quality, some kitchen staff were nice. It is very very quiet if you are looking for that. The beach is in front, nice view , nice to relax .however it is not the prettiest beach on the island, for that one should go to kendwa or nungwi.”
