“Max is very friendly and helpful. He communicates over whatsapp to help you arrange the trip and is knowledgeable about the local area and the best times for visiting sites (Taj Mahal/Agra Fort). He is happy to drive you or advise on tuk tuk prices if you prefer. He stayed up to greet us after we arrived at 1am having been delayed on the train. Bed was most comfortable so far in India and Max cooks breakfast to order.”
“Even before we arrived Max was very helpful.The hotel is simple spacious and cosy. The shower was good with hot water.We arrived late and the "kitchen"(Max's mum is the one who cooks) was closed but even dough Max provides someting to dinner that was amazing 😊 We really liked to stay at Max Guesthouse and we recommended 100%. “Max is extremely courteous and helpful and speaks fluent English. He gave me some good advice. Hotel is off the main road so is pretty quiet. Local laundry mat is next door. Food is home cooked (by his mother) and is fairly priced and good. I ate the fresh vegetable salad and did not get sick. Excellent value for the money.”
