“The hotel building is old and built during Soviets. However, you don't feel it inside of the rooms. All the rooms, also facade reconstructed. I stayed at second floor with view to main street. Hotel staff is very positive and nice. Also, hotel has very nice restaurant with traditional meals for South of Azerbaijan like Lavangi. The room was very clean, and I had all amenities which I need during my stay. Masally is very small city, and the hotel is in the centre which is close to main parks, museums. You can visit Masally Historical Museum which locates in main park.”

“The location of the hotel is very good and the room I was given was superb - very spacious and very cozy. There was a large seating area with a comfortable couch, a large table and also two armchairs. The bed was comfortable too, especially because it was fitted with real down pillows, not that synthetic ones that you get nearly everywhere else. I liked that very much. With one wardrobe and two cupboards, there was more than enough space to store luggage. The bathroom was also very large and everything was clean. The heating worked very well, WiFi was quite good and the minibar was priced moderately. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager of the hotel - a nice person - spoke English well. He didn't mind that I was arriving with a wet and really dirty bicycle and he didn't even want to take some extra tip for cleaning all the dirt I left in the lobby. So I really enjoyed my stay there and I stayed one additional night. The value for the money was excellent!”

“Es war so nett dort, dass ich gleich drei Nächte geblieben bin, statt der geplanten nur einen Nacht. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann zu Fuß Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Park in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichen. Für Autofahrer leicht zu finden, parken kann man im hoteleigenen Hof. Das Zimmer ist groß, hat Sessel, Tisch, Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Balkon uvm. Das Frühstück ist gut, wenn auch in der Auswahl eingeschränkt (kein Buffet). Die Qualität des hoteleigenen Restaurants ist hervorragend und das Ambiente nett. In drei Tagen gab es zwei Stromausfälle, die hervorragend schon nach wenigen Sekunden vom hauseigenen Notstromgenerator überbrückt wurden. Wifi funktioniert, aber langsam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, trotz eingeschränkter Fremdsprachkenntnisse. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft ist gut!”

“Отзывчивый и чрезвычайно любезный персонал ! По приезде в Масаллы я был заселен в самый дешевый номер ( который я и бронировал), но вернувшись вечером с прогулки меня переселили в только что освободившийся номер, который был раза в два просторнее и имел кондиционер! И все это без доплаты( "Вы - гость, Вам должно быть комфортно"- сказали мне) :) Более того, в ресторане я познакомился с официантом и просто хорошим человеком Рзаевым Акшином. Он посоветовал несколько потрясающих блюд национальной кухни Азербайджана! Мы стали с ним друзьями. Всем советую этот отель!10\10”
