“Our lady took care of us very well. Shizu san was attentive and welcoming. The open air private bath on the 5th floor was really nice. Their kaiseki meal was delicious as well as good value for money.”
“My husband and I had a great experience in the hotel. They have 4 private and one public hot springs, my fav was the open air spring in the top floor with a great view of mountain. The food was great, the Chrismas snow man dessert was so kawayi. The staff were so warmhearted. My husband was sick, they send medicine, food and cold pack to us, and drove me to restaurant to get soup and ramen for him. ”
