“Old building. U need to step up two floors ( more than 20 steps) to catch the elevator to the room. Rooms and bathroom need upgrading. They do NOT change bed sheets and pillow covers for 4 nights. Bath floor never cleaned . They left used towels in the bathroom . The under bed sheets are stained and never replaced during stay. Upon complaining they sent somebody from house keeping who did not understand english . Housekeeping manager not on duty. They even did not bother to follow up or apologized for the dirtiness of the room. Overbilling is normall for them ,only after showing the statement from booking.com they rectified the bill. Simply , they ruined my stay . Extremely bad management in an old building .”
