“UPON ARRIVING TO THIS FACILITY I LEARNED THAT bOOKING.COM DID NOT FORWARD MY RESERVATION TO THEM AND THEREFORE I HAD NO RESERVATION!!!!! IT TOOK ME OVER AN HOUR TO CHECK IN WITH MY 3 GRANDCHILDREN AGRES 8, 5 AND 3. TRY THAT AFTER TRAVELING 3 1/2 HOURS TO REACH THIS DESTINATION......THE ELEVATORS WERE SOOOOOO SLOW ON TWO OCCASIONS WE USED THE STAIRS---FROM FLOOR 5 TO FLOOR 10. THEN THE DOORS SHUT SO QUICKLY THAT MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS SLAMMED IN ONE. IT LITERALLY TOOK ANYWHERE FROM 15/20 MINITES TO CATCH THE ELEVATOR. AT SOME POINT YOU WOULD JUST HAVE TO CATCH THE UP ONE RIDE IT ALL THE WAY UP AND THEN GO DOWN. PITIFUL AND I WOULD NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN....”
