“room amenities and supplies are above average. i love the details in toiletries: there's bath salts, above average hotel soap, there's even a bathroom scale, loved the nespresso machine with complimentary coffee, loved the bath tub with glass wall and speakers inside the t&b so u can still watch tv while soaking in the tub. the room is just awesome, complete with anything a business traveler might need, plus a stunning view of the metro from the room. hallways are quiet too and staff is easily available”
“we used the presidential suite, premier room & continental rooms for wedding preparations and i must say this hotel exceeded my expectations :) loved this hotel for the service and cleanliness. Staff were great specially on the ground floor, 2 thumbs up! Suggestion: the elevator is bit confusing, the directions on the 24th floor (lobby) should have at least icons representing which floors the elevator serves not just texts, and for easier reference as well.”
