The room (well, apartment with entrance, bathroom and bedroom) was amazing, clean and comfortable. Also the dinner we had at the property's restaurant was delicious and definitely worth the price. “We received the warmest welcome EVER from the delightful receptionist Valentina. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely young lady who was polite and courteous, showed us to our accommodation and went to every effort to answer our queries. We had booked a double room in the "annexe". We were thrilled and delighted to be shown to our mini apartment in the "villa" ~ a spacious, airy and peaceful bedroom, bathroom and sitting room which exceeded all expectations. The main house, villa and gardens all around were simply beautiful. We were travelling through Europe. The last leg in Italy before our ferry crossing to Greece. We slept so amazingly well here. Very convenient location for access to Ancona Port and close to Fabriano town centre.”

The wine cellar was voted the best in the Marche region and contains approximately 10,000 bottles with a wine list of some 900. The bed was extremely comfortable and room well equipped”
