Stay and rooms are nice, rooms are bit different in architecture and, good have a different kind of feeling as, every day we all are use to regular business hotel kind of setup. Room service is good but need to pick-up speed; Arvind was good but it take long for room service as the staff is same in restaurant and room service, if free then quick but if busy in restaurant you have to wait. F&B guys are good too, especially manager F&B was nice too, if I remember correct Rajendra Singh. Check-out was a mess; guys are prepared to receive you at property but not ready to read the instructions or any request made along with booking, like check-out time etc. Ravi on check-out was bit rude to us and few others too.”
