“Spacious and clean room (room 11) with shared balcony overlooking the sea. Amazing view from the room (5 windows all around) and the balcony. Kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast at reasonable hours and in great variety. The orange-lemon jam is to die for!!! A little far from the castle's gate but very peaceful and quiet. Just have in mind that you can't park inside the castle and the parking outside is a little bit overcrowded”
“Staying on the “rock” in Monemvasia is an extraordinary experience. We stayed in a room near the gate and called it our hobbit room. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Late season price was very reasonable.”

“The hotel is unique. we stayed there 2 nights. Our room had partial sea views and views over the quiet end of the main "street" in Monemvasia. It was very cosy with nooks and crannies that were fascinating but at same time the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom thoroughly modern. It was just so delightful. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff warm and welcoming.”
