“Lovely room, comfy beds, fabulous shower. Bedroom was nice and roomy and the kettle etc were all good quality. Everything was very good. When we arrived we couldn't check in but left our luggage at the hotel. When we returned it had already been taken to our room, which was a nice touch. When we asked for more milk later it was very promptly delivered to our room. Nice little touches.”

“Malmaison was brilliantly situated near the train station. The hotel had a great feel to it, and although check in was delayed, there was really nothing else to complain about.
