“Sadly staff could not help with sorting the TV in the room and took over an hour to respond. Reminded them and still the problem could not be fixed. Frustrating waiting over an hour. Very polite but not resolved in the end. Shame as gym was OK, and food OK, and facilities OK too. Perhaps they were just really busy, but €89 is too much to pay for poor service, hanging around, and a cold room. Have used other Maldron Hotels without a prolem so perhaps this was a one off!”
