“This old country hotel, perhaps historic even, has loads of character. The bedroom and ensuite were very roomy, the bathroom was very well equipped and the small desk was adequate for a laptop. We found the bed to be very comfortable. Even though it is now the 'off-season' in this region, Delphine booked us into dinner at a local restaurant with minimal fuss. And Delphine's breakfast is an excellent start to the day. Recommended.”
“We found the whole atmosphere very hospitable. We tend to carry our own breakfast with us, but the breakfast in the breakfast room looked excellent, and smelt good too. The environmental theme was lived out. Saw an otter in the canal one evening, close-up.”

“The location was brilliant the staff very friendly, accomodating as we had brought our canoes but discreet and the hotel fantastic with lots of personal touches and fab garden . Breakfast was superb with lots of yummy local products. Fabulous for a relaxing holiday children loved canoeing and wildlife in abondance”
