“Restaurant was really good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were in Room 416 which had a great setup for handicapped use of the bathroom. The elevator was quick and access to our rooms was easy. Handicapped parking was right outside the door. The ride to the mansions, wharf and area was short and easy. We had family in from Ohio and New Jersey over Thanksgiving and accommodations were more than we expected. Don't believe any of those really negative reviews you'll see on the travel sites.”
“The bed was so soft. Really like the laminate flooring, alot of space in the room. Restaurant very good had breakfast and dinner. Watched a free concert across the street.”

“We traveled here for a weekend trip of exploring Newport. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot water and water pressure of the shower were great. There was free WiFi that worked perfectly and the staff were very polite. We ate at the restaurant downstairs both nights and the food was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is less than 5 minute drive to downtown Newport where a lot of historical places are along with shopping strips. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel had a charm of its own.”
