“The location is perfect in relation to the shops, and German Market, I wasn't too sure what to expect but it was a lovely hotel, staff were very good, check in was very quick, I loved that you can drop your shopping off and head out again with the Bull Ring only a 5 min walk. It was a bit noisy outside, but you know what you are staying in the centre of Birmingham so I knew it would be, nothing that some ear plugs doesn't sort out, so that wasn't a problem at all. We Parked the car at New Street which was only a couple of minutes walk away, car park spaces are very tiny, I don't have a huge car but I don't think I would park there again. I will definitely return the the hotel again.”

“the staff will pull out all the stops for you to ensure your stay with them is a pleasant and happy one. found it to be clean and comfortable. the room was a wow and spacious . bathroom was of a good size with . towels of good quality . room had plenty of lights . plenty of hanging space plenty of plug sockets for lap tops, phone charger, straighteners. good secure door if you travel alone with a card key to gain entry. breakfast was lovely and they have options for all food types”
