“The bed was very comfortable walk in shower was great the food was good. The only criticism I had we had to ask for plates to use for breakfast plus ask for bread to make toast. The last breakfast we had every thing had been laid out. The staff were very helpful and carried our luggage up to the bedroom.”

“Staff went that extra mile, when booking asked for a low floor which we got, I thought the rooms just had a shower but some had baths too. I have a problem at the moment with using a bath and getting in and out of a bath unfortunately there were no rooms available with shower only s asked for a shower mat so getting in and out of the bath was a little safer, no sooner said than done !!!”
