“This is a brand new hotel complex with fantastic design. Spa complex is just great! We had girls' weekend out for 3 days, so we mostly stayed inside, did lots of treatments, but ate normal food (not on diet) in the hotel's restaurant. I had a great spa-therapist Zulfia - she is awesome and very professional!”
“Best hotel in Kazan. We have been here for 3. time. The spa is excellent. Best I ever see in a hotel and I know a lot of hotel in Western Europe. Also breakfast is best in town, All was fresh with good taste and waitress Alina was attentive, friendly and service oriented. Only hotel with normal room temperature during our stay in Kazan. All other hotels were overheated.”
