The parking situation was AWFUL and having to pay to stay at your facility was truly low. You were charging enough for the room...CHARGING to park and sleep at your facility seemed so wrong. Plus a complimentary cup of coffee would have made the day that much better.”

“Stayed here for two nights for my first trip to LA. Reception was friendly and efficient, even managed to deal with my Scottish accent. The room was comfortable and well appointed, clean and quiet. Coffee machine was excellent, very easy to use. This was a great base for me as my cousin lives in Burbank and was able to pick me up in the morning to go touring the area. Certainly use it again.”
