“We had stayed in this hotel previously also a one night enroute stop in the winter and had a lovely stay. Unfortunately things not so great this time. We were given two disabled rooms near reception. The beds were very comfortable and the staff happy to provide Extra towels and pillows when asked (although we had emailed via booking.com to request this in advance). Parking is great and spa facilities excellent.”
